We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.

Access and security

Requests and orders are stored in the site’s back office, accessible only to authorised team members with individual accounts. Paid files are stored privately and delivered through a personal, limited link.

Retention

Archived or unsuccessful contact, quote and partnership requests are automatically deleted after 24 months at most. Order information is kept as long as needed for follow-up and legal and accounting obligations.

Cookies and audience measurement

  • tlm_lang: remembers the language you choose (FR/EN) for 12 months. Functional cookie.
  • Internal visit statistics (no cookies): a random identifier stored in your browser lets us count visits, page views, time spent, scrolling and clicks on our buttons (WhatsApp, quote, videos). Your IP address is not stored: it is only used to determine the country and approximate city via the GeoJS service. No data is shared with advertising tools; measurements are deleted after 13 months. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or GPC signal, nothing is measured.
  • Meta pixel (Facebook / Instagram): measures the reach and performance of our ads (page views, quote requests, contacts). It is loaded during your visit and may set Meta cookies. You can block it in your browser settings and manage your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account (Settings → Ad preferences).

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@talamoo.com. In Benin you can also contact the data protection authority (APDP).
