Terms of sale

These terms apply to orders for digital products (TALAMOO Market) and, unless specific terms are set out in a quote, to services delivered by TALAMOO.

1. Digital products

Prices

Prices are shown in CFA francs (XOF) on each product page. The amount due is the one shown when you order; it does not change during checkout. Any Mobile Money transfer fees are paid by the buyer.

Ordering and payment

Each order gets a unique reference. Payment is made by MTN Mobile Money transfer following the instructions shown and emailed to you. The order is confirmed once TALAMOO has verified that the funds were actually received; a screenshot is not enough.

Delivery

Once payment is confirmed, a personal download link is sent to the email address provided. See the delivery and refund policy.

Licence

Purchase grants a non-exclusive licence for personal or business use. Resale, public sharing and redistribution of the files are prohibited.

2. Services

Quotes

Each service is covered by a written proposal stating the scope, deliverables, number of revisions, indicative timeframe and price. “From” prices on the site are indicative.

Start and payment

Work starts after written acceptance of the quote and, where applicable, receipt of the agreed deposit. The balance is due as set out in the quote.

Revisions

The number of revision rounds included is stated in the package. Additional requests or changes of scope require a supplement agreed in advance.

Timeframes

Timeframes are indicative and start once all required material (files, texts, approvals) has been received.

Client material

The client guarantees they hold the rights to the material they supply (images, videos, music, logos) and that the information to be published is accurate.

Portfolio

Unless otherwise agreed or for white-label work, TALAMOO may show the work in its portfolio. Simply say so in the quote to opt out.
